Steve French is a mountain lion. He belongs to NeutralAgent. He is not available to anyone else.

⚠️ Steve French does not come when called by strangers. If you are not NeutralAgent, this command will not work.
What Happens
When summoned, Steve French:
- Arrives with flavor text drawn from Bubbles' quotes from Trailer Park Boys
- Does something that makes everyone nearby uncomfortable in a friendly way
- If NeutralAgent is in a fight, attacks the monster for 20–34 damage
- Every time Steve French is summoned, Steve restores 15 HP to NeutralAgent from the comfort of having a mountain lion companion with him

NeutralAgent or the broadcaster only. Feed Steve French a cheeseburger, !burger.
When fed, Steve French grants NeutralAgent:
- +2 attack
- +2 defense
- +4 damage
- +20 HP
The buff lasts 10 minutes. Can only be triggered once every 30 minutes.

Notes
- 30 second cooldown.
- Steve French is not a hireling. He cannot die. He cannot be dismissed. He is simply Steve French.
- Combat damage is automatic — NeutralAgent does not need to do anything extra.
